Refunds & Exchanges

At Flakii, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer full refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached.

RETURNS

You can request a return via your Flakii customer account. Click here to log in and access the order you want to return.

  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note (eg I wish to swap to a size M).
  • Click Request return. When your return request is approved you receive an email with shipping instructions.
  • After the product is returned, you will receive a refund, replacement product or store credit.
Please note:
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item to us are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

REFUNDS

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

FLAKII LTD REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

2.1 To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. 2.2 Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2.3 Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Refund Process

3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and reason for return.

3.2 Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.4 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

4. Exchanges

4.1 If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to ensure the desired item is in stock.

4.2 Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

4.3 Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1 Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.2 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue.

6.2 We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, for any items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

7. Non-Returnable Items

7.1 The following items cannot be returned or refunded: a. Gift cards b. Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) c. Custom or personalised items d. Items marked as "Final Sale"
