Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $8 on all orders within NZ, and $20 for orders to Australia.

Contact us if you would like an order delivered elsewhere in the world and we will do our best to get it to you!

DISPATCH TIMES

We are experiencing high peak period order volumes impacting delivery time.
Due to unforeseen delays at our warehouse our delivery times may be longer than expected, approx. 9-10 business days, we appreciate your patience and understanding, while our team is actively working to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

We aim to get your order out the door swiftly:

  • Orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Delivery estimates are approximate and begin from the dispatch date. While we diligently track shipments, occasional delays by postal services are beyond our control. If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, your parcel will typically be held at the local Post Office for collection. If unclaimed, it will be returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

We take utmost care in packing your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Should any product be damaged during transit, we'll replace it upon receiving the damaged goods at our postal address. If an item is lost or stolen in transit, we may replace it at our discretion.
